An unfiltered pow-wow sesh on how to run your business from a place of empowerment!

Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Montclair Film from 11:30am–2pm. This event will benefit S.O.F.I.A, a non-profit organization that provides advocacy, supportive services and referrals for temporary housing to “at risk” women and children of domestic violence.

Inspiring guest speakers, artists spotlights, swag bags, mini medi-spa treatments and more. The event includes a signed copy of Blanche Garcia’s book “Empowered Design: A Design Plan for Living“.

Contributors include LuAnn Nigara, Schwartz Design Showroom, Montclair Culinary Academy, Montclair Rejuvenation, Crystal Gaynor, Shaun Killman and Tim Murphy.

Meet Blanche Garcia

blanche garcia Blanche is a certified Interior Designer with over 20 years of experience in residential, hospitality and commercial design and is the owner of B. garcia Designs based in Montclair, New Jersey.

Her client list ranges from members of the New York Jets to “The Real Housewives of New Jersey”, to corporations, restaurants, hotels, nightclubs and lounges.

She has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, US Magazine, Red Book, Small Room Decorating, Latina, Design NJ, New Jersey Countryside, New Jersey Monthly, and more. Her design columns have been published in The Star Ledger and The Record. She has also appeared on HGTV, Better Show, Daytime and HouseSmarts.
