Freedom is my why.
I want the freedom to run my business until I’m 80 or so. I don’t want to live to 100 and have no daily purpose.
I want the $ to travel and run my business from afar as well as be relevant when I’m home.
I know systems and good team members will allow me some of that.

I have hired a computer/office person to help me get it together. These templates will be a giant step forward.

Lisa,
I’m with you. I have no clue how they manage that volume with one person, unless their prices are MUCH higher.

I have started charging a fee and it gives the customer 90 minutes of my time. After that they pay by the hour. Some people don’t question it and a few are shell shocked. I think it creates respect for your time. This pandemic has made me more respectful of my time. It only took me 32 years…slow learner!
