I understand your dilemma as I’m an architect as well as a licensed and NCIDQ interior designer.
I agree with the advice from Rachel.
When I first started preparing consults and scope of services for a color consoling, for example, I realized it was a very different animal than that of commercial office build-outs.
I think packages are great for Residential. Not so much for commercial- but worth a try.
