    Are we to include recessed lighting and under cabinet lighting in our budgets?

    Hi Jenny,

    It’s a 3 story house. I can do the first and second floors which will cut it down a bit. Thanks!

    Hi,
    Does anybody have a house plan that they would be willing to share with me? The one I have is 9000 sq ft and I am afraid I will never finish the spec book if the house is so large. The ones I have found online are either not in english or not dimensioned in ft. and in.
