    Hello!

Feeling good – the information provided so far is eons beyond what I have gathered from courses in the past. Thank you!

I am racking my brain with how to divide and conquer, splitting everything up into commercial and residential processes. It is overwhelming!

I am currently spending my time creating a residential questionnaire and a commercial questionnaire.

The next step is to decide if I want to provide packages for my residential clients. My experience is tailoring every new client with their unique scope of work and pricing. Wondering if there is a better, more streamlined approach. I don’t want to feel like I am doubling my workload, trying to split where necessary.

    Thanks!

Thank you @rachel.mospan! That is what I am afraid of. I am really hoping to simplify this as much as possible.

For processes – my struggle is deciphering how to separate processes from residential to commercial. I typically do a unique scope of work for each project vs packages. I am starting to consider packages for residential but unique scope of work for commercial. Suggestions?

    Hi Rachel,
I am currently using ClickUp for my CRM system. It is free and tracks all hours (manually). It has so many features that I am still trying to know them all!
    take a look –

The questionnaire questions were just posted yesterday in the Week 2 module. 🙂
