Hi Kristen! Actually I have been offered this as well, but didn’t pursue it because I love having my own biz and don’t desire to be an employee. 🙂 They like working with me enough that we’ve kept it as a subcontracting relationship, that way I can still pursue my own clients as well and have the capability to scale. I think it’s just a matter of your ultimate goals and what you want in the long run!
