I use Ivy and Quickbooks as well. I am invoicing for Design Services and Furnishings from Ivy. Then I create duplicate invoices in QBO to track all income and expenses accurately. This has been working well for me. I also know linking the two is doable, and fairly streamlined. You can send PO’s and invoices from Ivy to QBO. This was easy to do, but I struggled to figure out how to track the sales tax properly in QBO when the invoice came from Ivy. I think after this class, I may connect them again and might be able to solve the sales tax more easily now that we have more well-rounded knowledge. For now I am keeping it simple and not connecting them.
