    Upon reflecting about your 18% charge for “procurement”, I have a question. If this includes time to purchase, the cost of delivery, the cost to store it at a holding facility, does it also include the cost of installation from the holding facility? And…. is there an amount of time that it cannot extend beyond? Because I have a project in litigation… the furnishings have been sitting at a holding facility with a monthly cost for like….. 9 months…. and still counting. Curious exactly what it includes and if there are boundaries on that fee.

    ok sorry wrote that as I was watching – rephrase the above question…. same with the ranges, but for your INTERNAL team…. do you have a list of all the things you’d need to buy for a living room, etc. and ranges that are associated with that… is the question 🙂 sorry!

    Hi Sara! You mentioned that you give ranges per room – how do you come up with these, are you showing them all of the “things” that go into that room such as “sectional $5000-$15000”, etc. and if so, is there any way you could share that with us?

    I have a question…. when we are choosing things such as base board, crown, casings, etc. are we also asking the builder where he wants us to go for this? or are we like… choosing from where we want? and also… where do you choose from?

    I just finished watching week 2 – so bummed to have missed live class. This is probably a super dumb question…. but… here we go 🙂 We create a detailed design deck and we also create a spec book…. how does a finish schedule differ from this and can I see an example of one? I’m just confused about what information is going here that isn’t already on the spec book…. unless this is a timing sheet?

    We’re based out of San Diego/LA also – Hi!! Yes, I also noticed this! For my projects though, I had already chosen the tile in advance of the builder coming on.. so I did things totally backwards! But… maybe since I did that they just assumed, but yes I’ve been buying it all too!!!!
