Spec Book Creation

Jenny- When it comes to the actual spec book do you do anything to the spine of the pages where you punch the holes to strengthen the page? I have visions of the book falling apart? Or, are you not actually creating the book to give to the contractor- only sharing the Dropbox file?

Hi Trudi,

The tab pages are reinforced, but the elevation pages and finish schedule pages are not. I haven’t had any issues with it (knock on wood!). 🙂
I will print a book for them if they request it, but lately they have just wanted it in dropbox, which is nice.
