RCP, Electrical and Lighting Plans

Not sure if folks are still on this forum, but I had a question about the RCP. As an interior designer, are we tasked with providing the dimensions for where the lighting should go on the RCP or do we just draw in with our lighting symbols where we want the cans, flush mounts and items to go? Is there a difference between the RCP, electrical plan and lighting plan? Can they all go on one document or should they be separated out? Thank you!
