    Hello again everyone,
It was SO great to see everyone today! Christine, it’s especially good to see you in this class after having you in Online Bookkeeping a few semesters ago. Colleen, we can’t wait to meet you soon!

A quick review of our homework for this week:
-outline a dreame project for a dream client
-find a floorplan for said dream project
-schedule one to two hours in your week to sit down and write a list of every selection you will make in that dream project (I suggest going room by room and listing each item out), and each elevation you will provide
-post a top level description of the project (ie: 3 bd 3.5 ba house with a kitchen, office, laundry, etc) along with your list of selections and elevations in this forum
-add the topic tag wk one homework (I’ll use it below to get us started)

We will build on this as we go along, so pick something you can have fun with but isn’t overwhelming.

Can’t wait to see everyone’s dream project!!

    PS
For those wanting to know, my contractor had the footings MOSTLY in the right place when I went to check the job this afternoon. If I forget to tell y’ll the story next week, somebody remind me. Ok, I’m off to relax with a cocktail! xx

I hope this is what you wanted Kat. I’m cheating a little, I’ve already done this project. I picked 3 rooms out of the house. This project was early in my career and I felt so unsure of myself and how I was presenting things and communicating with trades.
