SALES-301: Full-Service Furnishings Projects

3-Hour Intensive

Imagine This…

By the end of this intensive, you will:

  • Price Furnishings for Margins
Learn how markup, margin, and pricing strategy work together so furnishings contribute meaningfully to your bottom line.

  • Build Budgets Clients Trust and Approve
Create accurate, scalable furnishings budgets that support clear expectations and smoother approvals.

  • Run Procurement Without Chaos
Implement systems for ordering, tracking, freight, receiving, and damages so procurement supports profit instead of eroding it.

  • Deliver Furnishings as a Business Model
Understand how presentation, sales, operations, and delivery integrate into a repeatable revenue system.

For designers ready to run full-service furnishings as a scalable profit center.

Full-service furnishings can be one of the most profitable parts of a design business, but only when the right systems are in place. This course breaks down how pricing, budgeting, vendor strategy, procurement, and delivery work together as a single revenue engine. You’ll gain clarity around where profit is made, where it’s often lost, and how to run furnishings projects that support long-term growth instead of creating stress behind the scenes.
