Parkway Window Works is a custom drapery workroom serving design professionals. Owner Peggy Morgans has been in business for 19 years. When she approached LuAnn about Chairman of the Board coaching in late 2019, she was operating out of a 1300 sq. ft. commercial space with one part-time seamstress and a subcontractor installer. All other responsibilities were done by Peggy. The coaching focused on three main areas: Marketing, Systems & Processes, and Hiring.

Marketing

Goals
