When do we meet?
We meet on Thursday, March 6th, 2025 at 11:30am ET.

No worries. If you're not delighted, then LuAnn and your instructor would definitely like to hear from you! Reach out within ten days of the intensive.

I can't make the date! What should I do?
No problem! A recording of the intensive will be available the next day. When you purchase Lifetime Recording Access (available during registration), your recordings never expire. Otherwise, recordings are available free for 90 days after the intensive.

Where do we meet? How long is the meeting?
We meet via livestream. Expect an email with instructions a few days before the intensive.
The meeting is three hours of live coaching with a 15-minute break and a combination of dynamic teaching (expect tons of real-world examples!) and live Q&A. -
What happens when my recording expires?
Recordings are available for 90 days after the intensive. After that, your access will expire unless you’ve purchased Lifetime Recording Access, which can be added to your cart during registration. Can I earn CEUs from this intensive? How does it work?
Yes! To receive CEUs, you will need to attend the live session. During the session, please enter your name and IDCEC unique identification learner number in the Zoom chat to confirm your participation. At the conclusion of the intensive, we will provide a QR code issued by the IDCEC—this code is necessary to claim your three CEU credits.
