Good morning, Jessica,
Last week, I was unable to login to be a part of the class. I believe that has now been rectified. However, today, I have two appointments and I just don’t think I am going to be able to login at the time that the class starts. Next week, I have blocked off the timeframe and I hope that is nothing that interferes. I will watch both the first and second sessions before next week.
My business is Incredible Windows located in the Madison, WI area. My website is: http://www.incrediblewindows.com My cell is 608-697-0792.
Thanks for sharing your insights!

She offers great insight into all areas of a window treatment business. While my business model is very different from hers, I am able to take many of the concepts that she present and apply them to my window treatment business. I look forward to continued growth with great anticipation and excitement! Thanks, Vita. I am glad that I decided to participate.
georgiana.schwandtParticipantHi Everyone,
I got bumped off of the second lesson about 20 minutes into the training. We are at our cottage in northern WI and there are high winds. The power went out so I lost connection. I was able to get online with my hotspot but was not able to rejoin the meeting. I will view the recorded session this weekend. I’m sorry, Vita, that I was unable to watch the entire lesson today.
georgiana.schwandtParticipantMy why for building my business is multi-faceted. I have been building my shop-at-home window treatment by myself for nearly 15 years. Recently, I hit the $500,000 mark. My goal for 2021 is to hit $650,000. In 2022, the goal will be $750, 000. In January 2021, I added a part-time sales associate which is helping me achieve this goal. My “aha” moment last week was to learn about the structure Vita has created and I am going to apply some of these principles as I continue to grow. I was intrigued by the various roles and the work flow.
My goals are as follows:
1. To further refine my current systems and processes based upon information learned during this course.
2. To continue to support the educational funds of my 5 grandchildren.
3. . To be able to increase my giving to my church and other worthy organizations.
4. To be able to get my “house” in order so that I can actually retire (again) in 2024.
5. To find someone interested in purchasing the business by 2024.
6. Develop a more balanced work life/personal life. -
