My name’s Jen Bedford and I own Studio B. Interior Design in Chico, CA. I am loving this class, but because I can only see a few of you at a time I really have no idea who’s in it. I would love to get to know everyone a little better. If anyone else is interested in that maybe we could use this as an instagram handle thread so that we can all follow each other. So Fun! Hi everyone!! I’m actually not a designer, yet! I’m a real estate agent in Charlotte, NC. My Dad and I have a business together where we build new construction homes (with our builder). I get to pick out everything and then we sell it (I’m the listing agent) for profit! I’m taking this class in hopes of helping not only my Dad’s and I’s projects, but also hoping that I can do this for others trying to build their dream homes! I show my work (sometimes but need to get better) on both of my insta accounts. I have a big project coming up that’s close to completion. The thing that I don’t do is the furniture. I have our projects staged as someone else will be purchasing.

I recently rebranded and am renovating a historic home soon to become my studio. I graduated from design school years back, worked for myself, took a break to raise kiddos and spent the last 6 years renovating old homes. Now I find myself back full circle- with a need to update my systems and processes. This class has been exactly what i needed as the scope of my projects continues to grow. I look forward to seeing you all in the IG world!!
